Logan Youth Foyer expansion

This 2019 project involved expanding an existing service to 40 dwellings. A co-design approach, with the involvement of the architects right through to completion, resulted in a great project that is fit for purpose and contributes positively to the neighbourhood.
Goodna social housing

This project involved developing a 3-storey building on a 789 square metre site. The exemplar design provides great north-east orientation for all dwellings. It was completed in 2020.
Edmonton redevelopment

This 2019 Cairns project involved redeveloping an existing social housing site. These 2-storey buildings include 12 x 1-bedroom homes with outdoor living spaces to the north-east.
Beenleigh apartments

This 2018 project involved developing 18 x 1-bedroom apartments in a 4-storey building that is close to shops, restaurants and other services.
Chermside units

These 18 units are accessible for people with varying mobility levels. The development is close to the Chermside shopping Centre, and backs onto parks and bikeways. It was completed in late 2019.
Upper Mount Gravatt units

This project provided 25 x 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom homes over 5 storeys, with car parking on the ground level.
Redcliffe units

This 2018 project included just 11 x 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units over 2 storeys. The development includes a lift, and is within walking distance of many amenities and services in Redcliffe.
